
Francis De Peiza has been associated with the firm since June of 1996 and was a Partner for the period 2005 to 2007 and re-entered partnership in 2008. He joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney-at-Law in the Intellectual Property Group in April of 2000 after having successfully completed the six-month conversion course for the award of the Certificate of Legal Education at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas.
He has been conferred with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Howard University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
He is also a member of the New York State Bar and of the American Bar Association, and is a licensed Patent Agent.
The emphasis of his practice is Patent Law and other forms of Corporate Intellectual Property and Law as applied to the Internet, but also includes international law, Trust & Estate Planning, real estate matters and medical malpractice litigation and advisory.
